The short version: we collect as little as we can, use it only to send what you asked for, and never sell it.

What we collect
If you sign up for the weekly email: your email address, your trade and your home state.
If you join a provider waitlist: your email address, your company name if you give it, and the kind of provider you are.
If you email us: your message and your email address.
When you browse: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to each page. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
In your browser: the site remembers your last search, and whether you've unlocked the full list, in your browser's local storage. That stays on your device. We can't see it.
How we use it
To send the weekly email for your trade and region, and to change or stop it when you ask.
To tell waitlist members if provider listings open.
To answer your emails.
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run Veteran Rebids:
Brevo stores the email list and sends the emails. Like most email services, it records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can see what's useful.
Cloudflare hosts this site and forwards email sent to [email protected].
We'll also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Every weekly email has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, your address stays on a do-not-email list so it isn't added back by mistake.
To change your trade or region, reply to any weekly email.
The contract listings come from public federal award records on USAspending.gov, including company names. If something about your business looks wrong, email us and we'll check it against the public record.
Do Not Track
We don't track you across other websites, so there's nothing for a browser's Do Not Track setting to turn off. The site works the same either way.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we'll tell subscribers in the weekly email first.
